The Government of Canada reinvested $15 million this year in support of the Strategy for Partnerships and Innovation, making the net impact on NSERC’s overall budget neutral for 2012–13. It also announced $12 million per year in ongoing funding to make the Business-Led Networks of Centres of Excellence (BL-NCE) program permanent.
